Have you received an invoice from EasyFreelance? Or has someone who works for you said they want to use EasyFreelance for invoicing? Here we give you information about how EasyFreelance works and answer any questions you may have as the recipient of the invoice.
EasyFreelance makes it possible for private individuals who do not have a limited liability company or sole proprietorship to work and be paid for assignments as self-employed persons. Anyone who works as a self-employed person during the assignment period is employed by EasyFreelance. In connection with an assignment, the contractor creates an invoicing basis based on the current work input and the agreed price. On this basis, EasyFreelance creates an invoice to the customer. EasyFreelance then pays the salary to the client and takes full employer responsibility.
You hire a private individual for an assignment, but they do not have their own company. The person chooses to use EasyFreelance to handle the invoicing, EasyFreelance checks and approves the assignment and then enters into an agreement with you offering the assignment.
The committed person performs the assignment you have agreed to. During the assignment period, the client is employed by EasyFreelance, which handles all administration, reporting and invoicing for the client and we take all employer responsibility.
Based on the terms and conditions agreed for the assignment between you and the customer, EasyFreelance sends an invoice for the work. You pay the invoice according to the terms and conditions and thereby fulfill your obligation.
If you have received an invoice from EasyFreelance, it is because the person you were expecting to send the invoice does not have their own company. EasyFreelance enables invoicing without your own company through us. Everyone who works as a self-employed person is employed by EasyFreelance, which handles invoicing, administration and salary payments. Under the description on the invoice, you will find information about who has chosen to use EasyFreelance, a description of the work and what you have to pay.
If you have received an incorrect invoice from us, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. The easiest way to dispute an invoice is to send an email to hr@easyfreelance.se. In the email, state the invoice number (which can be found at the top of the invoice pdf) and why you think the invoice is incorrect.
