EasyFreelance will review your invoice and approve it before we send it to your customer. All paperwork and administration (including any leek handling) is handled by EasyFreelance so you can focus on what you can order. You'll be notified when the invoice has been paid via email and notification on your timeline, when you log in to your account with us.
Self-employment can be considered a new form of work and is halfway between self-employment and employment. As a self-employed person, you are employed by EasyFreelance but manage your tasks as if you had your own company. You find your own customers, decide the price, payment terms and how quickly you want your money.
You are entitled to deduct costs incurred in your assignment if they are directly related to the service you provide. The expenses you can deduct are travel, accommodation, rental of premises and goods, and consumables. "Consumables" means things that are used and consumed in the individual assignment. You must always present a receipt, in digital or physical form, to get your expenses approved.
