EasyFreelance reviews your invoice and approves it before we send it to your customer. All paperwork and administration (including any reminder handling) is taken care of by EasyFreelance so that you can focus on what you do best. You will be notified when the invoice is paid via email and a message on your timeline when you log in to your account with us.
Self-employment can be considered a new form of work and lies midway between self-employment and employment. As a self-employed person, you are employed by EasyFreelance but manage your tasks as if you had your own business. You find your own customers, decide the price, payment terms and how quickly you want your money.
You are entitled to deduct expenses you have incurred in your assignment if they are directly linked to the service you provide. Deductions can be claimed for travel, accommodation, rental of premises and goods, as well as consumables. Consumables are defined as items that are used and consumed in the individual assignment. You must always present a receipt, in digital or physical form, to have your expenses approved.
